**Project Manager – Contractor**

Joining the Global Communication & Marketing (GCM) team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing program and project management activities. This position requires proficiency in workflow, project, and portfolio management, along with the ability to handle multiple projects in project management tools. You'll collaborate with various GCM teams, ensuring project consistency and efficiency while reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning & Operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Program and Project Execution** : Drive execution from planning to completion by defining scope, resource allocation, and strategies for managing risk and quality.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement** : Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed plans with key milestones.
+ **Monitoring and Analysis** : Continuously monitor and analyze scope, status, resources, quality, and risks.
+ **Obstacle Mitigation** : Navigate ambiguity and overcome obstacles to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
+ **Project Management Tool Utilization** : Manage multiple projects in GCM's project management tool, Workfront, including task assignment and deadline management.
+ **Meeting Management** : Identify meeting requirements and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
+ **Reporting** : Produce standardized program and project reports for stakeholders.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Identify requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
