We areare looking for a VP of Marketing, and the ideal candidate will have a broad base of marketing experience and a proven record of success, with deep expertise in account based marketing,performance marketing, content marketing, product marketing, BDR managementand marketing analytics. The VP of Marketing will be a part of Incentivio's executive team.
Key responsibilities:
Represent the marketing function on the executive team
Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives, including demand generation & account based marketing
Develop annual & quarterly marketing plans and budgets
Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns and initiatives
Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals
Job Requirements for VP of Marketing at Incentivio
Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, with at least 5 years leading marketing teams
Minimum of 5 years' experienceworking in a B2B SaaS Series A, B or C company
Experience with Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing
Prior experience working with an agency or with an internal team to document and refine brand voice & creative direction
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Innovative thinking and a strategic mindset
