Machine Operator

Location: Hodgkins, IL 60525

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 2nd shift

Description: Location: Hodgkins IL, Hours: 3pm-11pm Hourly: $18-$20 depending on experience

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Record production data and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment functionality.
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions or schematics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Willingness to adhere to safety standards and workplace regulations.
