Skills and Experience

Machine Setup: Get machines ready for the daily run. Assemble and take apart machine parts.

Quality Control: Check food to make sure it tastes, looks, and weighs exactly right. Run tests to ensure no harmful metals are in the food.

Maintenance: Do quick fixes on machines. Clean equipment to keep a safe, sanitary workspace.

Record Keeping: Fill out paper or computer forms to track how much food is made.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of machine operation or factory work.

Rules: You must follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards to keep food safe from germs.
