timelines.
o Monitor and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and successful project
completion.
Development of Communication Strategy:
o Create and implement an effective communication strategy to keep all
stakeholders informed and engaged.
o Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
Stakeholder Alignment:
o Work closely with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational
goals.
o Ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are met through proactive engagement
and collaboration.
Guidance on Cross Organizational Alignment and Vision and Goals:
o Provide expert guidance on achieving cross-organizational alignment.

Requirements:
Experience in Organizational Change:
o Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex organizational
changes and recommendations.

IT Transformation Leadership:
o Proven experience in leading complex IT transformation initiatives.
o Prior experience in a senior-level role (Director, VP, or above) within an IT
organization.
Industry Expertise:
o Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable, with a preference for
candidates who have worked with Epic systems.
o Broad experience across application, cloud, and data teams.
Consultative Approach:
o Strong consultative skills with the ability to assess current
situations/environments and provide value-added recommendations.
o Ability to bring innovative solutions to organizational challenges.

o Lead the initial focus on organizational recommendations.
o Ensure alignment with the organization;s overall strategy and vision.
Cloud Readiness:
o Oversee the assessment and preparation for cloud adoption.
o Guide the organization through the transition to cloud-based solutions.

o Ensure efficient and effective use of technology resources.
