Position Objective:
The Quality Assurance intern supports the operations by conducting automotive pre-series testing and special market-specific test events in cooperation with test engineers and/or according to the OEM's proprietary testing systems and methodologies.
Roles & responsibilities
Monitor the process of operations and evaluate the efficiency, considering the job splits for the different testing fleets.
Support conducting automotive pre-series testing operations.
Support the team with data-handling and -verification of gathered information out of Quality Assurance testing.
Maintain and assist with cross-section upgrades of the test fleets.
Implement a strategy to split responsibilities and tasks within the entire team.
Create a summary of monitored development.
QualificationsQualifications
Education:
Undergraduate work in a related field
Experience:
Porsche experience helpful
Automotive/Motorsports experience helpful
Complete vehicle knowledge
Administrative experience helpful
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German helpful)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to operate independently
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality (integrity)
Teamwork - ability to positively interact with all levels of the organization
High quality standards and high accuracy
Service oriented and compassionate
Proficient in MS Office applications
The pay range for this full-time position is between $19.00 and $21.00 per hour. Applicants must be available for a minimum of 6 months, starting in September 2024.
