Reports to: Michael C Mejia Summary We are seeking adynamic, detail-oriented Social Media and Content Manager to join our growingMarketing team. The Social Media and Content Manager will play a critical rolein elevating XPEL's brand awareness, engagement, and community-building effortsthrough strategic content creation and dissemination.
CoreDuties
Social Media Management
· Develop and execute a robust social mediastrategy across platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
· Partnering with media team todevelop compelling, innovative, and engaging content that aligns with XPEL'sbrand image and marketing goals. This includes posts, videos, images, andcomments. Ensure a regular content schedule for consistent engagement.
· Represent XPEL across social channels as thesole voice of the brand. Maintain the brand's tone, personality, and valuesconsistently across all social platforms.
· Monitor, manage, and respond to socialmedia activity and customer inquiries.
· Plan and oversee the scheduling of posts,stories, and other interactive elements to maximize reach and engagement.
· Keep abreast of the latestsocial media best practices, technologies, and industry trends. Communicatethese insights to the marketing team and integrate them into the social mediastrategies.
· Collaborate with other departments (e.g.,product development, sales) to manage brand reputation, coordinate promotions,and increase reach.
· Analyze key metrics and adjust strategyas necessary.
Content Creation and Management
· Research, write, edit, and publishengaging, informative blog posts, articles, and other written content.
· Coordinate with the graphic design teamto create visually compelling media elements.
· Collaborate with the Sales and Productteams to generate product-focused content that educates and inspires.
· Conduct SEO optimization for all writtencontent.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or arelated field.
· 5+ years of experience in social media management with aproven track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement.
· Strong understanding of social media algorithms and bestpractices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,including copywriting and editing.
· Knowledge of social media advertising platforms,including Meta Business Suite, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
· Proficiency in social media management tools, such asHootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
· Analytical mindset with experience in using social mediaanalytics tools to track and report on social media performance.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at once, work underpressure, and meet deadlines.
· Passion for social media and a drive to stay up-to-datewith emerging trends and technologies.
