Position Summary: The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for architecting, designing, and developing custom applications, services and automation in our environment. Capable of working as a technical leader, mentor, and project champion for our engineering and development efforts. This role will include shared hands-on responsibility in many areas, including development, system administration, and application administration.
Priorities:
Hands on service/application development and system/application administration
Service/application requirements gathering, design, and architecture
With the assistance of senior management, manage team tasks towards organizational goals
Documentation and operational support
Configuration and support of third-party applications and platforms
Provide day-to-day supervision and mentorship of junior staff members

The pay range is $140,000 - $160,000. Starting pay rate will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.
