About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Unity), you will be responsible for designing and building the architecture of the next-gen game engine for Highrise, the 3D world builder and the UGC toolkit. These powerful tools will empower Highrise creators to shape and customize their environments, rich games, crafting captivating experiences and engaging content.
We are looking for a software engineer who loves innovation, is approachable, and can work well with others. You should be able to work independently and be self-motivated because we won't be there to hold your hand. And since this is a remote position, you'll need to be comfortable managing your time and staying focused.

Here are the skills and qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
You have exceptional C# design and programming skills with at least 10 years of software programming experience.
You must also have at least 4 years of experience in programming with the Unity engine.
You have experience architecting, designing, and implementing a wide array of software products.
You have experience supporting mission-critical applications at scale.
You have experience developing mobile apps for both iOS or Android.
You have built any side projects or games outside of work or made significant open-source contributions.
You have experience programming in Lua.
