IT Support Specialist (Hotel Support)

The IT Support Specialist will be working for a Managed Service Provider as a dedicated resource to a major Hotel in downtown Dallas. This is an opportunity to join a well established company that stays up to date with the latest technologies and provides a high level of customer service to their clients.
The IT Support Specialist will be working onsite at a Hotel and must have experience providing IT Support in the Hospitality Industry.
Windows 10 and Windows 2016/2019 Sever OS Experience
1+ years supporting a hotel or hotels in the hospitality industry REQUIRED
2+ years of IT experience
Experience with VMware’s virtualization stack and products
Windows server administration
ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate (Labtech) experience a major plus
Client side server and network support
PMS (property management systems)
POS (Point of sale)
HSIA (High Speen Internet access)
INTERFACE – This is how all of the apps communicate to the PMS
Credit Card devices – there are a number out there.
A good working knowledge of WiFi.
