Responsibilities include:
Setup, maintain, and automate computing resources across cloud and on premises infrastructure
Provide configuration and management of one or more Azure Cloud environments
Provide architecture and integration support for hybrid (On-prem/Cloud) projects
Work with cybersecurity professionals to implement and maintain security configurations supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements such as DOD STIG
Supporting DOD customer project work including a testbed of digital twin of installations, helping respond to threats before they occur, enhancing resilience and adapting and utilizing facilities to be more flexible in response to changing missions
Support and maintain automated builds and deployments for applications
Provision cloud resources for customer projects and assist with build out
Required Skills and Experience:
Clearance required: U.S. Citizenship is required and possession of or ability to obtain US government secret clearance
4 Year degree from an accredited college or university with relevant coursework (equivalent experience may be substituted for this requirement)
5+ years' experience of Infrastructure Operations-centric role
3 years of experience in cloud platform administrations (AWS or Azure)
Strong experience with Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Active Directory
Experience with Azure automation and scripting tools
Diverse operating systems knowledge for systems administration (Microsoft Windows, Linux, etc.)
Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or other CI/CD tools
Manage and maintain containerized applications using Azure Container Instances (ACI) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or other container orchestration platforms
Experience with software project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA, Gitlab, and Confluence
Experience with current DevOps tools and methodologies
Ability to clearly document and diagram technical systems
Coding/Scripting experience
Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
The ability to communicate effectively with other technologists and business stakeholders
Possession of or ability to obtain CompTia Security+ or CISSP certification (within the first 6 months of employment)
Desired Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance
Experience securing applications relative to DoD STIG
Experience with smartcard or other 2 factor authentication models
Experience with Azure Repos, Pipelines and Artifacts
