SAP Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to join our Columbus Client's team. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
Coordinate and manage the work of project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on project deliverables.
Monitor project progress, track performance against plans, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and support for SAP initiatives.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience managing SAP projects, including implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP programs on time and within budget.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW) and their integration with other enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering business value and achieving project objectives.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
