Entry Level Customer Service Associate

Description
We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for developing relationships within your assigned territory, connecting with key decision-makers. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Position Overview:
Cultivate knowledge of brands, products and services provided throughout training
Participate in team meetings, team building events, and offer your feedback
Interact directly with customers while clearly communicating the value of products
Establish relationships that reveal customer preferences and appeal products to them
Manage geographic territories to maximize profit and increase brand awareness
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of six months customer service, marketing or related experience
Ability to effectively present information to customer, clients and other employees
Possess basic mathematical skills
Possess basic computer and computer software skills
Ability to apply good judgment in dealing with problem-solving and carrying out directives
Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills
Ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
