Our Optimization Services team, part of Commerce practice, connects brands and consumers across all channels. The Job:

As a Digital Retail Strategist you will:

+ Build digital & media strategies and lead execution for our partners.

+ Collaborate with clients and 3rd party advertising partners to optimize media & digital investments and drive the best return.

+ Partner with our sales leaders to drive sales for our clients by utilizing the full suite of marketing and digital advertising opportunities.

+ Analyze the ROI of marketing recommendations, driving incremental revenue while maximizing the digital marketing spend.

+ Research trends and best practices to provide recommendations on how we continue to stay current and competitive within the digital space.

+ Provide annual and quarterly budget and planning recommendations for our brands.

+ Oversee your team’s leadership of digital category landscapes for each brand including reviewing competitors’ search ranking trends, keywords, and other trends.

+ Lead your team’s efforts in providing assortment and optimization strategies for our clients.

+ Educate Sales & Operations teams on new strategies to optimize their omnichannel business. This includes offsite platforms that expose products in other consumer search engines and increase shopping access.

+ Develop best methods and train our teams in the right work to deliver best in class Content Analytics scorecards (90 or better) including SEO, Ratings and Reviews, etc.

+ Evaluate other retailers’ websites for products and competitors to compare against client’s consumer facing product pages.

+ Other duties as assigned.

The Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience driving digital sales within a consumer brand or retailer; specifically Walmart, Target or Amazon.

+ 2+ years of experience working with data visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Ability to work at both a conceptual and detail level with strong problem solving and decision-making skills

+ Self-starter with the ability to work in ambiguous situations

+ Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
