Summary
Allworth Financial is looking for an experienced marketing manager who will partner with our division directors in producing industry-leading marketing campaigns through online and offline media. This associate will be a key member of the team charged with bringing Allworth B2B and B2C campaigns to life.
The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 per year. In addition, we also provide generous benefits to all our full-time employees. This is a full-time position with hybrid work options from the following office location: Folsom, CA.
Responsibilities
Support of on-going brand activation communications, campaign performance and creative asset deployment.
Pull campaign measurement, generate hypotheses, prepare and provide periodic updates and results of marketing efforts in conjunction with marketing directors.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward.
Coordinate with cross functional team members on a variety of projects including sales enablement & events.
Identify trends in the marketplace, conducting competitor intelligence and monitoring.
Assist in the development and communication of marketing campaign briefs, outlining the critical elements needed to make the project successful.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand strategy and positioning, ensuring that brand standards are being utilized appropriately in external and internal marcom initiatives.
Coordinate with 3rd party media partners including securing approvals, trafficking, and measurement.
Directly engage with inside sales teams and marketing director to develop coordinated sales and marketing campaigns.
Skills
Proven experience executing innovative and multi-part demand generation programs.
Analytical, results- and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan and prioritize appropriately.
Strong project management skills
Proven track record of setting, exceeding, tracking, measuring, and communicating the progress of objectives and goals.
Self-starter who can manage their own time and operate with limited guidance (but knows when to ask for help)
Outstanding flexibility, adaptability, and a sense of accountability
Thrives in data-driven, fast-paced organizations.
Highly organized with demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other marketing related disciplines
7+ years in marketing, with 4+ years of experience in integrated campaign management or similar relevant area
