RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with Sales and Operations Planning activity for the Concept
* Work with the supply chain brand team to develop and execute comprehensive supply plans by collaborating with cross-functional core team, procurement team, distributors, and suppliers to ensure supply and minimize obsolescence risk* Synchronize supply and demand planning with brand strategy* Communicate supply needs to supply chain constituents* Track, report, and follow-up on supply chain action plans, status, and results* Identify and resolve issues where supply plan is compromised and/or action plans are not being followed
Liaison with Brand Finance/S&OP team and appropriate stakeholders
* Develop and present S&OP updates along with key topics to Brand teams* Provide linkage to brand demand planning and financial integration process* Establish priorities with procurement and distribution on base business initiatives
Support Operations
* Participate in planning and coordination of supply chain activities to execute non-promotional specification changes at brand* Conceptualize and analyze complex business data
Pricing
* Receiving from Procurement Updating Price Guide* Work with finance/Distribution on levelizing* Communication out to distributors* Work with Buyer/Vendor on discrepancies
Other duties as assigned by Manager
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline* 1 or more years of Supply Chain experience preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
* Experience in Supply Chain Management* Restaurant / Food Service experience preferred* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of Excel
