Proactively anticipate customer needs and actively and periodically solicit feedback on EMI performance.

Ensure that all manufacturing divisions are working from the same set of Master Control Color Samples for non-standard finishes (i.e., paint, stains, clears, powder-coats, etc.).

Keep project files orderly and current.

Conduct a post-mortem on each project with the project team from Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing.
