Why We Need you!

We are looking for a collaborative Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development efforts for the ITSM (IT Service Management) product. In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced engineers to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the ITSM Integration features. Your focus will be on enhancing and revamping existing architecture, stabilization of services for SaaS customers, enable the service for vertical & horizontal scaling in containers, AI capabilities. Also, addressing the security vulnerability work, and implementing shift-left testing strategies to uphold the high quality of our releases.

This role is hybrid. Monday and Wednesday in our San Jose, CA office.

What You Will Be Doing:

Development of Cloud first applications and integrate solutions for IT Service Management.

Deliver quality code via unit testing, continuous integration through test automation coverage and maintaining it.

Add to our automation testing pyramid as we invest in strategies and technologies that will allow us to release and deploy safely and more often.

Think through and build proactive monitoring solutions over reactive monitoring to ensure Application health and availability.

Troubleshoot and determine root cause analysis of customer application issues

Work within a truly agile team that is willing to do whatever it takes to make the team successful.

Mentor others on your team to help them grow as engineers across many dimensions.

What you’ve done…

5+ years of full stack development experience in Object Oriented Programming design & development using ASP.NET, MVC, C# and MS SQL Server

Experience in object-oriented JavaScript, Node JS, AngularJS, CSS2/CSS3 and HTML/HTML5.

Good understanding of SOAP/REST Web services.

Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy in daily work, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or related discipline

Experience in Distributed and scalable cloud solutions

Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) using MVC model with Responsive Design.

Even Better If You Have:

An appreciation for good user experience

Experience of building / working within a containerized environment

Experience with Generative AI and ML Technologies.

Salary: $124,000.00- $160,000.00
