The Managing Director, Corporate Access will be responsible for strategic targeting, outreach, and organization of investor meetings and introductions between the company’s Corporate Clients and to the Investment Community. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the corporate client’s industry, market environment, and investors to liaise with management teams. The role requires a proactive individual with strong time management skills and an ability to solve problems quickly in a faced-paced environment.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Furthermore, the incumbent will have the ability to drive investor outreach on behalf of their clients. This individual must have established deep relationships with Institutional investors as well as the ability to drive investor outreach on behalf of their clients and execute non-deal roadshows/other corporate access activities for their clients. An ideal candidate can liaise directly with the client’s C-suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive relationships with the investment community while organizing meetings and introductions through Non-Deal Roadshows, Corporate Access events, etc.;
Be accountable for Investor Targeting and Outreach;
Focus on prospecting/expanding relationships for new institutional investors;
Act as point of contact with company management teams (CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite, Investor Relations, etc.) to request and secure meetings while making introductions with appropriate investors;
Examine shareholder/ownership base of key companies along with their peers; liaise with management teams/investor relations officers to target the right investors;
Solicit and compile investor feedback post-meeting activity.
