What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists:
The Vice President of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of quality, efficient, and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Previous Experience and Abilities:
Collaborates with leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects and systems.
Responsible for providing and measuring quality, efficient, and cost-effective systems and processes within True Rx.
Responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete reporting on the operating condition of the company.
Responsible for SLA tracking and enforcement
Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
Responsible for the ensuring that True Rx provides quality products and services
Responsible for impact assessment and remediation of issues
Ensures that prioritization of projects for the organization align with its business plan and vision.
Facilitate appropriate communication and business requirements from internal stakeholders for enhancements, process improvements, etc.
Support the understanding and translation of regulatory, compliance reporting requirements
Establishes, communicates, and implements policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
Establishes and administers the department’s budget.
Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the Executive Team.
Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the industry
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ideally you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required; MBA (or similar) preferred.
At least 5 years of industry-related experience in upper management required.
Experience leading cross functional teams
Experience in CI and project management methodologies
Genuine desire to help others
Effectively communicate orally and in writing
Experience in developing and communicating KPIs
Effective communication between business and IT stakeholders

Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field. Experience
