Job Title: Sales Training Consultant
Salary : $55-65/hr based on expereince
Job Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will immerse him/herself in the culture of the organization, fully understand the pros and cons of the current process and be able to professionally articulate recommended changes to enhance the process and increase penetration and PVR. The client’s organization utilizes a one person/one price sales process

Job Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience
College degree preferred but not required
Ideal candidate will be experienced automotive F&I and retail sales trainer.
Ideal candidate will be able to relocate to area temporarily (Denver, CO) with potential for permanent relocation
Excellent writing and communication skills
Willingness to work “retail hours” to fully experience current environment.
Client facing experience
Recommend and implement determined enhancements to the current process
Ability to work independently
Ability to think outside conventional selling processes
Willingness to implement new strategies to realize unprecedented sales
80% travel if remote
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
