**How youll make an impact**
* Provide direction for and lead implementation of Aeras talent acquisition function, ensuring that Aera is considering a diverse pool of qualified candidates to meet the needs of the business.
* Manage our three recruiting streams experienced professionals, early career professionals, and operations & craft professionals.
* Steward Aeras workforce planning process, conducting short- and long-term staff planning to supportAeras operations.
* Interface with leaders, Human Resource Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to identify the skills and capabilities our workforce will need to ensure our future success.
* Steward the implementation of our I&D strategy, integrating efforts within our overarching HR strategies, practices, and processes at every stage of the employee lifecycle (i.e., employee engagement, retention, learning and development)
* Lead Aeras employee engagement survey process and associated efforts to bring Aeras employee value proposition to life and create an inspiring employee experience.
* Oversee and provide support to our Employee Resource Group program, providing program-level structure and guidance to empower our ERGs to create a sense of belonging for employees within their target affinities and beyond, as well as deliver value to the organization.
* Conduct data analytics in support of the functions above.
* Demonstrate understanding of business needs and trends to help drive the business forward
* Lead, coordinate, and support activities above and beyond those listed above as assigned.
**Required Skills**

**Required Experience**
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* 3-5 years directly related Human Resources experience preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Relevant professional certification a plus. (e.g., HRCI, SHRM)
* Should have a robust background in various human systems related areas including HR generalist, recruiting, talent management, learning, strategy, and organizational development and effectiveness.
