The IT Support Technician will:
Provide onsite technical assistance to 3 NYC Hotels, Offices and New Jersey Warehouse.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues with all users. Interact with vendors and support teams to progress incidents.
Assist IT Team with projects, hardware / software / application deployment.
Collaborate with London IT Team on incidents and requests.
Participate in creation or revision of user training manuals and procedures.
Maintain Daily Operational Reports for reference of both New York and London IT Teams.

Has excellent Planning and Organization; prioritizing tasks to manage time most effectively.
Good understanding of Computer Operating Systems, Hardware and Networking concepts.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other commonly used software applications.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is preferred.
Ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends.
An Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Professional / Vendor certifications (e.g. CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft).
1+ years in a comparable position.
