What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business operations data analysis
Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, PowerBI
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex data-related issues
Experience with data governance and data management best practices is a plus

How you will lead
Analyzing and interpreting complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Developing and maintaining data models and reporting systems to support business operations

Providing expertise and guidance in the development and implementation of new data projects and systems
