Computer Support Specialist II

**Computer Support Specialist II**

Portland, OR Point S Tire is seeking to fill the role of **Computer Support Specialist II**. The ideal candidate for this position will have a great attitude, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and be comfortable delivering computer support via phone and remote support software. Candidates must demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and be dedicated to well documenting tickets. As a Specialist II you will support several internal software applications for both internal and external users. You will also be the escalation point for tier 1 support persons and need to become a Subject Matter Expert for several applications. Other support duties as needed. This is a remote position with infrequent on-site travel.

**Qualifications**

**Experience:**

* Experience working with IT ticket systems

* Experience using Microsoft Office and Windows based computers

* Experience with desktop and web-based applications support

* Experience with Office 365, Azure, SQL, Exchange, Backups and other Systems Administration tasks a plus.

**Tasks and Skills:**

* Demonstrate technical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

* Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Windows, Office, web & desktop applications, network connectivity, printers, and other technologies.

* Deliver exceptional customer service with strong interpersonal skills.

* Remain calm and professional under pressure.

* Use excellent verbal & written communication skills while communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

* Work well both independently and as part of a team.

* Learn quickly and adapt to new and changing technologies.

* Show good excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

* Perform account and application setup for new users.

* Create documentation for setup procedures.

* SQL Knowledge a plus
