Job Description: Site Construction Manager
Location
Miami, FL (Multiple sites in the area)
Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Provide daily administrative and technical management for renewable energy construction projects, ensuring energy savings delivery for public and private sector clients.
Project Management Support: Assist Senior Project Managers with budgeting, accounting, quality management, and internal communications.
Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, including revenue recognition and project setup; serve as a liaison between the business office and operations.
Customer Relations: Manage direct interfaces with customers, focusing on service, relationship building, and meeting contractual obligations.
Design & Development: Support engineering teams during the design phase, including scope definition, subcontractor selection, and cost estimation.
Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and actual expenses against plans to provide accurate completion forecasts.
Procurement & Bidding: Review subcontractor and vendor bids to verify scope, schedule, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
