Position Overview:
Rockhill Management, L.L.C. (“Rockhill”) is searching for a Treasury Analyst to join the Boston-based accounting team to support cash management activities across Rockhill’s national commercial real estate portfolio. The Treasury Analyst will assist with the day-to-day business plan execution for Rockhill’s office, residential and industrial assets, completing task-oriented, treasury-related projects for senior members of Rockhill’s corporate asset management, accounting, and treasury teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze property liquidity, assisting CAO and property management teams with monitoring and streamlining of property-level collections and disbursements
Assist in property debt placement / requisitions to lenders for reserves and future funding
Oversee property cash management (forecasting, liquidity management, and property-level debt monitoring)
Manage debt compliance reporting in accordance with lender requirements (e.g., debt yields, DSCR calculations, certificates)
Perform routine reviews of property account balances to identify distributable proceeds
Ensure timely communication and coordination with third party vendors, Rockhill, and property ownership team
Work closely with property management and ownership teams on general property-level banking needs
Administer the treasury workflow system, and manage property banking relationships and services
Partner with property accountants on information flow related to cash movements and liquidity
Participate in property budget reviews, assist with CAM and RET reconciliations, and complete ad-hoc analyses
Participate as key stakeholder in treasury control environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the real estate industry in a related finance/accounting capacity
Experience working on behalf of a property ownership group on large-scale, complicated real estate assets
