Job Description What you will do

Develops high level frameworks that align IT infrastructure with business processes/data to support and enable the execution of business strategies, to improve the efficiency and productivity of business operations, and to better connect business objectives to the people, process, technology and data changes required to achieve results. Maps the relationships between information systems components (i.e., end users, business processes, applications, data, IT platform hardware/software, info security and networks). Identifies key interactions and dependencies across separate systems and platforms. Evaluates the total cost of ownership and return on investment of various architecture alternatives.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Eight or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Experience with the following database management tools: Apache Cassandra, Data API, Data Modeling.

Experience designing and developing data processing and ETL frameworks and tools, such as Kafka Streaming, Spark, MySQL, Postgres

Big data experience such as Spark and Hadoop

Proficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns and best practices

Strong programming skills in Spring Boot, Spring , SQL, Python and/or Java

Experience with  Azure  and BigQuery data warehouse technologies

Hands-on Experience with building relational and/or dimensional conceptual/logical data models, transforming conceptual/logical data models into physical models and data artifacts, and in the development of data architectures using application/tools

Experience with web services and API integration

Familiarity with one of the core cloud provider services, preferably Azure

Familiarity with real-time analytics database Druid

Familiar with Data platform technology

Knowledge of Data integration process.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
