Perficient is currently looking for an Oracle Financial Close & Consolidations (FCCS) Solutions Architect to join our Oracle EPM National Business Unit.
Our Corporate Performance Management team will transform and modernize client's CPM processes with EPM and OneStream technologies. As an Oracle Platinum Partner and OneStream Diamond partner, we help clients become forward-looking, data-driven organization by consolidating their financial close, planning, and reporting processes on a unified, intelligent finance platform. Job Overview:
The consultant is responsible for working on implementations of the Oracle Close and Consolidations (also known formerly as FCCS) application for Perficient clients. As a Close and Consolidations Solution Architect, you will be working as part of a project team that will include multiple colleagues from Perficient as well as client personnel, including C-level executives. This position will lead and provide guidance to both technical consultants responsible for configuration, customization, and integration of applications and functional consultants who possess a deep understanding of corporate accounting concepts including financial reporting, eliminations, currency translation, and consolidations.

Responsibilities
Lead architect for Oracle EPM solutions based on defined client/project requirements and proposed design
Guide business stakeholders through engagements to align desired functionality and capability to the technical features of the product by leveraging business knowledge
Ability to lead requirement gather sessions and develop an effective design. Additionally, they will guide the execution of the project team through build and testing efforts as they translate the design into a technical implementation
Work closely with the Project Manager, Lead Business Consultants, and Lead Technical Consultants to deliver on project tasks in accordance with project timelines and expectations
Support project activities and work with Project Manager, Lead Business Consultants, Technical Consultants, and other colleagues to fill obligations under mutually agreed upon project artifacts
Guide development of Proof-of-Concept projects to validate architectures and solution
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with the following Oracle EPM products: Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCCS)
Oracle Hyperion Data Management / Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE)
Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting
Oracle Hyperion SmartView
4+ years integrating with ERP accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, etc.
Experience with Tax Reporting Cloud (TRC) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional experience. CPA or MBA a plus
Experiencing configuring Financial Close and Consolidations for Consolidations, Intercompany Eliminations, Currency translation, and automated cash flow
Familiarity with leveraging task manager for close activity monitoring
Ability to create both financial statements and management reporting for public and private companies
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a plus
Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS accounting standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data reconciliations
Previous consulting experience a plus
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
