We’re looking for a Manager to join our Marketing team and support the planning and execution of Mantra’s B2B and B2C marketing efforts. This role will work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to help execute the overall marketing strategy, with a large focus dedicated to driving awareness of Mantra’s products and services for our school-facing marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate exhibits strong execution skills, can run with creative ideas, and fosters strong collaboration.
About the Role and Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will:
Manage a range of marketing activities for Mantra and its customers, including marketing campaigns to our targeted audiences and personas, in-person and virtual events, social media content, and website content.
Engage in proactive customer discussions, along side of the Partner Success team, to align objectives, drive growth strategies and create successful outcomes.
Help build and execute Mantra’s campus marketing plan, focusing on driving student awareness and engagement of Mantra products and services on a campus-by-campus basis.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and partner success team to track and scale successful campaigns across campuses.
Deploy a mix of digital, interactive, field, partnership, and referral tactics, and manage a successful tracking strategy to measure effectiveness of the integrated marketing plan.
Focus on developing Mantra’s organic and web strategy, specifically SEO initiatives for mantrahealth.com and our customers.
Report to the Head of Marketing
About You
3-4 years in general marketing roles with a strong focus on execution
Experience in a high growth startup environment and/or higher ed is a plus
Experience working across several main marketing disciplines - digital, web, email, field, partnership, referral - and ability to launch campaigns from start to finish
Experience in graphic design, specifically in Figma
Experience using data to optimize marketing campaigns
Ability to build trust and form collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Deep empathy for the students and university partners we’re supporting
