Manager of End User Services

Are you a Manager of End User Service s looking for a new opportunity to expand your skills and work at a growing company? Do you enjoy working with end users as well as managing a team? The ideal candidate for this role will be a hands-on manager who can provide a high level of desktop skills and white glove service for a mid-sized firm.
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role with an excellent compensation and benefits package.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a ManagerEnd User Services / Service Desk Manager
Strong technical skills including- Active Directory, patch management, Windows 11, desktops, laptops, MDM, VPN, security, Automation tools, etc.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience supporting global locations
Experience supporting all levels of end users including staff, executives, developers, etc.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
