SUMMARY

Foxlink is extending its business and launching a manufacturing factory here in Phoenix, Arizona. This factory will be assembling car electrical chargers, battery cell storage devices and board spectrum sheet metal products. Foxlink Group has 31,000 employees worldwide and growing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform all required inspection processes, with a focus on first article and final inspection
· Develop inspection plans and inspection documentation
· Implement processes, procedures, and new ideas that reduce/eliminate scrap and rework
· Have a zero tolerance for parts leaving the shop to the customer that don’t meet or exceed the customers’ quality expectations
· Clear and consistent verbal and written communication to both internal and external customers
· First Article Dimensional Inspection
· Work with engineering department and Inspection lead ensuring the data collection and program efficiency along with program accuracy
· Ability to continuously improve and learn new software and different equipment
