HOURLY RATE OF UP TO $44.00
+ the
Full IRS of $0.67 cents a mile
(mileage reimbursement) along with:
Medical Insurance with Vision and Dental Coverage
401K
Paid Time Off
3-5 days of training
We provide in-office and field training.
We encourage nurses with no home health previous experience to apply

Job
Summary :
The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides nursing care to patients in the home as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the policies of the company.
An active LVN License in the state of California, Valid CPR/BLS Certification and current Negative TB Test are required for the position.
Other requirements:
1 year clinical experience as LVN
CPR / BLS
Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Flu Shot / Signed Declination Form
Hep B / Signed Declination Form
Covid-19 Vaccination / Signed Religious Exemption Form
Immunization Records (MMR, Tdap, Varicella)
Others:
Will be driving to patient's residences
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
With Home Health Care experience preferred
