Small team of 6The Junior Data Architect reports to the Transformation Office VP within the Governance Transformation & Data Office. The role involves close collaboration with Business and Technical Platform Product Owner (mainly Resolver), RLM program team as well as key stakeholders across Schneider Digital and Data & Performance teams, Data Domains, and E2E Data Flow Architects.ResponsibilitiesData Architecture & ModelingDefine and maintain risk management data models, including functional entities and processes, across Resolver and associated applications.Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.Contribute to enterprise data cataloging and metadata management.Ensure alignment with Schneider's data standards and architecture principles.Data Governance & QualitySupport implementation of data governance policies and standards.Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.Define and monitor data quality controls, KPIs, and remediation processes.Support data ownership and stewardship practices.Integration & Data FlowsDesign and document data flows between Resolver, Optro, enterprise platforms, and Group data lakes.Support API, ETL, and integration initiatives.Collaborate with Schneider Digital teams to ensure sustainable and scalable integrations.Participate in architecture reviews and accreditation activities.Analytics & AI EnablementEnable reporting, analytics, and AI use cases through high-quality data foundations.Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.Support data availability for governance and risk performance dashboards.Architecture DocumentationMaintain architecture documentation, data lineage, metadata, and technical standards.Document key design decisions and support architecture governance processes.Identify opportunities to modernize data architecture and integration patterns.Stakeholder CollaborationTranslate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Domains, and business stakeholders.Facilitate alignment between governance functions and technical teams.Experience & SkillsTechnical skillsRequired:Data modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical)SQL and relational databasesData integration and ETL/ELT concepts (Informatica, Talend)API-based integrationsCloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP)Data governance and metadata managementNice to have:SaaS platform integrationsData catalog toolsData lineage solutionsPower BI or TableauKnowledge of AI/GenAI data foundationsRisk Management, GRC, Audit, or Compliance platformsBusiness & transversal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetAbility to translate or align business and data backend requirementsAbility to work in a complex, cross-functional global environment.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage ambiguity and evolving business requirements.Strong collaboration and influencing skills.Experience3 to 5 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Integration, or related disciplines.Experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.Exposure to data governance, metadata management, or regulatory environments is a plus.Experience working with enterprise data ecosystems and SaaS applications.EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
