Duties Advise on private offerings and venture capital transactions.
Collaborate with high-growth technology businesses.
Participate in mergers and acquisitions.
Engage with clients and investors to facilitate business growth.
Requirements 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a major law firm.
Strong academic skills in verbal and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal abilities.
Admission to the state bar of Massachusetts.
Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Certifications Admission to the state bar of Massachusetts.
Skills Proficiency in handling private offerings and venture capital transactions.
Ability to work with emerging technology companies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
