We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Product Manager to join the FleX Platform team, focused on Integration and Extensibility products and tools. You will define and deliver UKG’s integration platform applications and the integrations developed using these applications/tools. This role works closely with cross functional teams to define the business opportunity and deliver the right solutions to UKG’s platform customers. You will also work closely with strategic partners, product and engineering teams, architecture, research, and services teams to execute the product direction for an extensible enterprise platform that enables experiences across the full suite of UKG products and partner and customer HCM solutions.

Scope and Accountability:

Contribute, and execute against the Integration product direction and roadmap for the UKG Integration and Extensibility Platform

Responsible for managing the development lifecycle of new products, features and enhancements through conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, and release.

Analyze data from our Platform customers and prospects to align opportunities and discover solutions to deliver against business outcomes in your product roadmap.

Work with management to drive requirements as part of the portfolio planning process.

Research and listen to our Platform customers and articulate findings in the form of product requirements; Play a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the investments align with strategic direction and customer needs; Participate in the entire lifecycle of the product, working closely with development teams from product initiation to delivery.

Build strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company to position products & features, design demos, developing training courses, and to ensure general organizational readiness.

Lead the backlog planning and grooming for your agile teams delivering against your product backlog.

Qualifications

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor nor transfer visas for this position, however.

Minimum requirements

2+ years of technical product management experience in an Agile environment

Ability to work 3 days per week in one of the following UKG office locations, as of day one of employment: Atlanta or Alpharetta Ga, Lowell MA, or Weston FL

Preferred skills/experience

Experience in product integrations technology/products , such as messaging technologies, APIs, iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) and no code/low code platforms

Demonstrated ability to gather and translate market and stakeholder feedback into successful product initiatives to meet initiatives and measurable outcomes

Strong communication and proven presentation skills to cross functional teams and leadership

Strong technical acumen – ability to work closely with development teams and architects

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects that cross functional boundaries and organizational levels to completion

Enterprise SaaS software solution experience
