Job Description
As an Account Manager at AtData, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients. This remote position reports directly to the Chief Business Officer and involves collaborating with various departments such as Customer Support, Technology, and Finance. Your primary responsibilities include improving net dollar retention through upselling, cross-selling, and renewing existing business. You will be the key contact for assigned clients, fostering meaningful relationships, and serving as their voice during product and messaging reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a designated set of clients, ensuring timely execution of contract renewals and projects.
Track client revenue, activity, and contract cycles to guarantee seamless operations.
Address service issues and collection requirements promptly.
Share product updates, company announcements, and other relevant communications with clients.
Monitor staff changes within client organizations, maintaining relationships with multiple team members.
Record all client interactions and activities in Salesforce.
Update reporting as required to keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales or customer roles at a B2B technology, data, or software company.
Proven success in customer support, management, or sales.
Previous experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve client objectives.
Self-starter with a data-driven mindset, motivated, creative, resourceful, and execution-oriented.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Cadence Tools, and other sales tools.
Organized, proficient in client management tools, and able to work effectively in a remote and geographically dispersed organization.
