As a Director of Product Management, you will

Lead co-creation, execution, and evolution of the vision, strategy, and roadmap of your product area to ship value at scale and delight users.

Deliver, innovate, and grow a portfolio of capabilities with crafted user-centric experiences in close collaboration with designers, analysts, data scientists, and researchers.

Build trusted and impactful cross-functional partnerships within and outside Engage & Risk. Communicate and influence effectively up, across, and down to align and unite teams.

Elevate and scale our product management function in terms of best practices, processes, and community.

You will thrive here with the following skills and experience:

10+ years of work experience across B2C and B2B technology businesses. Experience with insurance and telematics is a plus.

With 6+ years of product management experience, a track record of delivering ambitious business results and creating experiences that users love. Ideal candidates will have worked on both core product experiences and growth initiatives.

Humility, scrappiness, and demonstrated ability to motivate teams across organizational boundaries, delivering impact fast amid ambiguity, change, and resource constraints

Savviness to know when to lead or partner. Enjoys mentoring and uplifting others.

Exceptional written and oral communication across mediums and audiences

Passion for data and AI. Voracious learner who keeps abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the space.

Fluency in SQL to analyze data and identify insights

Candidate can be based out of Cambridge, MA or Seattle, WA
