Responsibilities:
Performing requirements processing in DARTS and ETMS2
Receiving, processing, staffing, and executing staff requirements in support of all tasking systems
Preparing staff packages for executive consumption
Providing support to task managers of subordinate organizations
Processing staff actions throughout their entire life cycle
Providing senior-level staff action support for all Mission Support activities
Emphasizing staffing, editing, monitoring, and preparing packages for review, signature, and file
Providing general support and assistance to the J21 Unit Security Officer
Completing all tasks as assigned by the Unit Security Officer
Processing Military and Civilian Evaluations and Awards
Handling staff packages, military/civilian letters, award recommendations, and internal/external memorandums.=
Updating relevant databases such as shared drives and SharePoint
Assisting the training focal point by coordinating advanced training
Serving as a liaison between Career Development Officers and individual offices within DWJ2
Providing general support and assistance to the J21 Business Management team
Assisting with the in-processing and out-processing of J2 personnel
Managing Joint Staff Information Network-Unclassified (JSIN-S/U) accounts, parking, and property
Performing duties as a Non-Defense Entry Agent (NDEA)
Assisting travelers in preparing Orders, Travel documents, and Vouchers for Temporary Duty (TDY) travel
Processing orders in DTS and/or hard copy formats
Conducting Information Technology Projects, including VTCs, data mining, graphics development, and document destruction
Providing other related IT assistance as required
Preparing message traffic and other controlled/secure communications using government-provided platforms
Conducting daily accountability
Providing reports as needed
Providing support via in-person, telephone, and email communications
Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed within the specified time frames with 90% accuracy
Assigning Requests for Information (RFIs) within four hours after receipt with 90% accuracy
Executing taskers within the suspense date and ensure accuracy through random sampling
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in administrative or operational support to DoD or IC elements
Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
Sufficient experience to understand military terminology, appraisals, travel, and awards
General knowledge of the DIA organization, mission, functions, and activities
General knowledge of the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), Defense agencies, Military Departments, and the IC to understand relationships to outside activities
High level of skill in oral and written communication
Capable of effectively communicating verbally and writing clear and concise products while preserving sensitive matters under discussion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of SharePoint
Working knowledge of policies and procedures governing travel of DoD personnel utilizing the Joint Travel Regulations and the Defense Travel System (DTS)
Working knowledge of regulations, directives, processes, and procedures for the control of highly classified materials
Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
Working knowledge of basic office space planning, inventory planning/management, and planning and coordination of office-level requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is desired
