* Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
* Manage all project tasks.
* Ensure all project tasks are completed in a timely manner and within budget (at the project and corporate level)
* Be responsive to client needs.
* Assign tasks to staff, review and ensure it meets the clients quality standards and expectations.
* Process and submit invoices to clients.
* Chair all project development team meetings and track and manage all actions resulting from those meetings.
* Support the preparation of proposals.
* Coach, mentor, and challenge staff.
* Lead by example, demonstrating the attitudes and behaviors expected from others.

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
* Professional Engineer certification (P.E.) in Tennessee is REQUIRED.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget.
* Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
* Must be driven to lead project teams, staff and market to new clients.
* Must interface well with and develop positive relationships with clients and employees.
* A proven track record and strong desire of providing superior client service and delivery.
* Successful past experience participating in project delivery and business development process within a team environment is required.
* Project management experience that includes staff management, budget control, mentoring and resource management.
