**What Were Looking For**
Looking for energetic, self-starters to work in a fast-paced Service and Sales environment. Someone that can provide exceptional Customer Service in an upbeat and positive manner as well as provide information and sell our products, services and events building a positive customer experience.
**What You Will Do**
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone(incoming/outgoing), chat, and email for the USA and Canada
Analyze a customers service needs and provides a one stop resolution
Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Transfer technical questions through a Messaging System
Place orders, relays product availability and track packages
Promote PCCA products, services, and events when applicable to customers on incoming calls
Initiate calls to current customers through call campaigns promoting and selling products, services and events
Meet and exceed assigned goals through upselling, appreciations and quoting opportunities
Assist and work in tandem with the Sales and Marketing Teams
Attend seminars and trainings as needed providing support to customers and other PCCA departments
Utilize a CRM to record activities and opportunities
Maintain a basic understanding of the US pharmacy community
Process returns and credits within company guidelines
Guide members on our Members Only Site and provides online support
Submit sourcing requests for the items not currently available on behalf of a customer request
Assist with customer set-up for non-members
Assist with special projects, as assigned
**Who You Are**
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in Customer Service
Exposure to sales techniques, i.e. up selling and cross selling
Prior experience in a service environment using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Must be a team player to strive to contribute to the success of the team and to the company, self-motivated and self-starter
Must be able to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate in person, via the telephone and in writing, i.e. excellent grammar, spelling, word usage
Ability to pay attention to detail
Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to change while delivering legendary service in a constantly evolving industry
Entry to intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and the Internet
Exposure to a high-volume call center environment, a plus
Entry level experience in Microsoft Excel, a plus
