Join our team and help drive the technology that powers our connected world!Special note: This role is on-site Monday - Friday.Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:High School diploma/GED7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leadersPreferred Qualifications:Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel with a focus on aligning schedules to business prioritiesServe as a gatekeeper by triaging incoming requests, balancing urgency with strategic importance, and ensuring leadership focus remains on critical workLeverage technology, including AI tools, to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall productivity and how work is performedExpert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelStrong project management skillsAbility to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externallyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly ramp on new systems and processesDemonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functionsAbility to take the initiative and drive for resultsStrong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryAbout UsWhy TI?Engineer your future.
