About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leading SaaS tool and help scale a mature technology business. As the TestRail Customer Experience (CX) Manager, your mission is to optimize the relationship between TestRail and our customers. You will do this by developing and implementing customer experience strategies designed to increase adoption, accelerate activation, and boost customer satisfaction.

This role reports directly to the TestRail General Manager and is part of the TestRail Leadership Team. Given the nature of the role, you will work closely with all of our functional teams (especially Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Product) to improve the customer journey and enhance TestRails reputation.

**What youll do:**

* Lead the organization to create and deliver incredible user experiences

* Design tight feedback loops across our customer facing teams and Product teams to reduce customer friction

* Always keep our customers top of mind. You will hold the rest of the team accountable for high standards of customer experience

* Improve our customer onboarding experience and utilize in-product tools to shepherd customers towards activities that we know correlate with increased conversion and expansion

* Your #1 metric in this role is NPS, but never in a vacuum. We love data and track everything at TestRail, so well view NPS by industry, customer size, and associated revenue...always keeping our net revenue retention top of mind

**About you:**

* You have 3+ years experience in customer/user experience roles that directly support customer needs, preferably in high-growth technology companies

* You are customer obsessed. You care deeply about the customer experience and go the extra mile to help users solve problems

* You have an ability to execute on and deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders

* You are incisive about breaking down problems and excel at using data to drive decisions (even when the data is not perfect)

* You question the first or easiest answer and enjoy going deeper to find the edge cases. Youre rigorous when designing new processes and put a high bar on the quality of your deliverables

* You move fast, love the Pareto principle, and are focused on results. Bonus points for understanding an OODA Loop
