The SRE will be responsible for:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based services,
- Administer multi website - multi language Sitecore CMS and its dependencies, ensuring its smooth operation, performance, and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Sitecore configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure,
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, patch management, and system updates,
- Monitor system performance (metrics, logs, traces, alerts). Ensure availability and reliability of all systems.
- Maintain operation system and SQL/NOSQL backups. Ensure their integrity and restorability,
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a Site Reliability Engineer role, Sys Admin role is similar is essential
- Microsoft Servers experience is essential
- Hardware, back-ups and CMS platform experience is essential
- Must be able to commute to the Jacksonville area 1 day per week
