About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead the Operations and Sales teams, with a focus on commercial construction and larger projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the teams to meet targets and key milestones, analyzing and adjusting the branch's profit and loss, and closing significant business development opportunities. This role requires a hands-on approach to reviewing project financials, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that all financials align with the company's policies and profit goals. The Vice President will also be tasked with growing the branch's headcount and profit and must have a strong background in commercial restoration construction, team management, and a proven track record in business development, particularly in winning commercial restoration contracts.Applicants for the Vice President position at the company must have a background in commercial restoration construction projects and be experienced in managing profit and loss for a business with a minimum annual turnover. The role demands a leader with a customer service focus, a mentoring approach to leadership, and the ability to manage a large team. Experience in using Xactimate is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude towards reviewing and motivating teams, as well as a strategic mindset for growing the branch.
