Job Description
STAHL Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in anticipation of upcoming work in the National Capital Region. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering on contractual obligations, while also fostering strong client relationships, supervising subcontractors, and upholding STAHL Companies’ business values.
The Senior Program Manager will manage a program providing data management services including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL) and migration of legacy data; data governance, and the consumption of data.

Responsibilities
Directs and monitors the work of employees and subcontractors assigned to the program.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships by actively engaging with clients, addressing concerns, and fostering positive interactions while seeking opportunities to add value and improve customer satisfaction.
Oversee and enforce adherence to contractual terms and conditions. Execute a Contract Management Plan to ensure all contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively, including documentation and deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on-time.
Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues related to contract.
Manage subcontractors and ensure their performance aligns with contractual obligations and quality standards.
Collaborate with employees and subcontractors to resolve any issues and ensure the smooth execution of project tasks.
Prepare and submit Monthly Progress Reports to clients, summarizing project status and key performance metrics.
Develop a 90-Day Action Plan outlining upcoming project milestones, goals, and deliverables.
In coordination with team members, deliver a Data Management Strategy and Action Plan to ensure data is handled securely and efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensures compliance with training and certification requirements.
Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
5+ years of project/program management experience.
Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline security certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, CND, SSCP) or IAT Level III (CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP) a plus.
Position is contingent upon award.
