Process orders, shipments, credits, billing, returns and concessions.
Key Competencies and Skills of Customer Service Coordinator Excellence in the following skills is required: Oral and Written communication
People skills, including diplomacy, tact and professionalism.
Discretion, trust and integrity.
Listening and following direction.
Must have the ability to work with various other departments daily.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
Experience with ERP/MRP, Shipping and Payroll systems (currently Dynamics, CargoWiz and Paycom) preferred.
Education & Experience Requirements for Customer Service Coordinator This position requires at least 2 years of college in a business-related curriculum, or 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience working in an environment of high phone traffic.
Pay and Shift for Customer Service Coordinator Pay - $17 PER HOUR (DOE)
Shift 8 am to 5 pm
Monday through Friday
