Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST!
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
