Skills and Requirements
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the commercial insurance industry
* Proficient using EPIC systems
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Client-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service null
