About the Role:

This position will be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, and eventually gaining commitment from national and regional accounts to move forward with UAS for the deployment of UAS Fire, Intrusion, CCTV, and Access Control systems.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients

Contact a steady stream of leads utilizing email, phone, social media, physical meetings and other channels

Bring new productive relationships to UAS via email, phone and web-based and physical meetings

Transition the ground-up, store level activity to a direct salesperson

Convert prospects into UAS customers

Develop and maintain these client relationships

Document efforts in CRM database

Maintain relationships at executive level with active accounts while managing the activity levels of the Direct Salespeople assigned to work the accounts

Ability to negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and years of sales/prospecting work experience or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication experience is required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to identify and cultivate potential clients.
